Ryan Palser is an artist. His Fallout 3 weapons (the AER-9 laser rifle and the A3-21 plasma rifle) are so finely crafted, you've gotta ask yourself: how is it that somebody spends that much time and skill on a make-believe weapon, a prop? Palser must be one of the biggest Fallout 3 fans ever. Fantastic work.
